1624 Gulf Shore Blvd North Purchased for Redevelopment
A Southwest Florida development group plans to transform the property into a collection of luxury villa-style condominiums.
(Naples, FL – June 5, 2025) A Southwest Florida luxury builder and development group has acquired the 1624 Gulf Shore Blvd North property, announcing plans to develop an exclusive collection of premium condominiums. The property, located within the Naples Harbour Club cooperative, was purchased for $17.5 million.
1624 Gulf Shore Blvd N. is part of the “Miracle Mile” that was dealt a devastating blow when Hurricane Ian struck in September of 2022. Storm surge left the first-floor units uninhabitable, damaged the pool, and landscaping. Several attempts have been made to restore it, but the property has remained largely untouched. The new owners have a comprehensive redevelopment plan ready to move forward, led by the expertise of Borelli Construction of Naples, MHK Architecture, and Outside Productions International Landscape Architects. This acquisition represents both a significant investment in Naples’ recovery, as it is the last co-op property to be restored after Hurricane Ian, and a commitment to revitalizing 1624 Gulf Shore Blvd North.
